The Joy of Work

Here’s the thing: most of us have to work. And plenty of us want to work - work can be an important source of fulfilment and joy. And yet, according to Gallup’s most recent State of the Workplace report, only 13% of employees in Europe feel like they’re thriving at work - and a whopping 44% of people report experiencing high levels of stress at work.

I want to help you find more joy at work - because work-related wellbeing is about more than just feeling good at your desk, it’s a huge component of your overall wellbeing.

The Joy of Work is from me, Sophie Cliff (aka The Joyful Coach). I’ll be sharing insights from positive psychology, the latest research on workplace wellbeing and practical strategies to help you find more joy at work - whatever it is that you do.
